Who we are
Parts are sold by RR Motor Services LLC, a Florida limited liability company, 138 Halsey Ct, Naples, FL 34104. Phone 239-235-8686. Email rrmotorservices@gmail.com. Our mobile repair service is separate; these terms cover parts ordered through rrmotorservices.com/shop.
Special orders
We do not keep these parts in stock. Each part is ordered from the manufacturer or an authorized distributor after you order. We confirm availability before shipping. Typical ship time is 7 to 14 business days, and the time can be longer for some items. If a part is unavailable or we cannot ship it within 21 days of your order, we cancel that item and refund it in full to the original payment method.
Payment
Payments are processed by Square on this website; your card details are entered in Square's secure form and never touch our servers. Your card is charged when you place the order. If we cancel an item, the refund goes to the original card, and your bank sets how long it takes to appear.
Prices
Prices are in US dollars and are the price at the time you order. If a price is listed in error or the supplier price changes before we order, we will contact you and you may approve the new price or cancel for a full refund.
Shipping
We ship within the continental United States to street addresses. Shipping and handling is based on the total weight of your order: up to 10 lb $12.95, up to 25 lb $24.95, up to 50 lb $39.95. Orders over 50 lb are quoted by phone. We choose the carrier and service. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the order to the address you give us. Tell us right away if your package arrives damaged and keep the packaging so we can file a claim.
Taxes
Florida sales tax is charged on orders shipped to Florida addresses. Taxes are shown in your order summary before you pay.
Fitment
You are responsible for confirming that a part fits your vehicle. We will check fitment for you before you order if you send your year, make, model and engine to 239-235-8686 or rrmotorservices@gmail.com. Part listings show the fitment information the manufacturer publishes. Some parts are for off-road or competition use, and some are not legal for sale or use on pollution-controlled vehicles in all states.
Returns
- Call or email us before returning anything. We will give you a return authorization. Returns sent without one may be refused.
- Unused, uninstalled parts in the original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- A restocking fee of up to 15 percent applies to special-order parts returned for any reason other than our error or a defect. You pay return shipping unless we shipped the wrong item.
- Electrical parts, batteries, fluids and any item that has been installed, opened, used or modified cannot be returned unless defective.
- Defective or damaged items: contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will help you with the manufacturer's warranty claim, replacement or refund.
Warranty
Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty, if any. We help with warranty claims. We do not add our own warranty to parts shipped by mail.
