RR Motor Services LLC ("we", "us") provides mobile automotive repair and maintenance in Collier County, Florida. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us — by phone, text message, our website, or our social media pages — and how we use it.
Contact details you provide. Name, mobile phone number, email address, and service address when you share them so we can quote, schedule, or perform work.
Vehicle and service details. Year, make, model, VIN, mileage, and a description of the problem or service requested.
Messages you send us. If you text us or message our social pages, we receive the content of your message and the phone number or profile name you send it from.
We do not collect payment card numbers by text message. Payments are processed by Square; we never see or store your full card number.
If you provide your mobile number, we may text you about your quote, appointment, vehicle status, or invoice. Message frequency varies by job. Message and data rates may apply.
