These terms apply when you request or receive mobile automotive repair and maintenance services from RR Motor Services LLC, and when you communicate with us by phone, text message, or our website.
By providing your mobile number, you agree to receive text messages from RR Motor Services LLC relating to your quote, appointment, vehicle status, and invoices. This is a customer-service program, not a marketing program.
No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
Estimates are based on the information you provide and an initial inspection. If additional work is required, we will contact you for approval before proceeding. Prices quoted are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.
We perform work at the location you provide. You are responsible for ensuring safe, legal, and accessible parking, and for authorizing work on the vehicle. We may reschedule for weather or safety conditions.
Payment is due on completion unless other terms are agreed in writing. Payments are processed by Square. We do not accept or store card numbers by text message.
Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. Labor is warranted against defects in workmanship for the period stated on your invoice. This warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, damage from a pre-existing condition, or work performed by others.
We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, for consequential damages, or for items left in the vehicle. Diagnostic findings describe the vehicle's condition at the time of inspection.
Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Diagnostic fees for work already performed remain payable.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in Collier County, Florida.
